5 smoothies to boost your days

Smoothies are healthy, it is the best way to be sure you get your daily allowance of fruits and vegetables. Here are 5 I prefer. 

The morning smoothie

2 kiwis

2 bananas

100 g ananas

1 table spoon of honey

1 pinch of cinnamon and a little bit of green citrus

It's the ideal smoothie for replenishing energy

The detox smoothie

300 ml almond milk

1 banana 

1 tablespoon spirulina

1 handful of mint

Spirulina is a extraordinary algae that I consume every day. It is a powerful stimulant of immune defenses. 

The anti-oxydant spicy smoothie

2 carrots 

2 beets

1 orange juice

1 jalapeno 

1 branch of celery

1/2 cucumber 

1 pinch of gingember

1 pinch of coriander

1 big pinch of cayenne pepper

It is the perfect smoothie to help you loose weight, have a great skin. The pepper is anti-oxydant and has digestive virtues. Carrots and beets are sources of vitamins A,C,B6 etc

The feel good so sweet smoothie

200 ml coco milk

200 g of blueberries

1 banana

4 dates 

1 pinch of cinnamon

3 tbsp of grated coconut 

My healthy smoothie

120 ml almond milk

200 g blackberries

2 branches kale

2 bananas

1 tsp grass juice

1 tsp flax seeds

1 tsp coconut sugar

These smoothies can be drink all day long. I know people are going to grimace when they see kale in my smoothie...But really it is so good in smoothies and in salads when you know how to prepare it!
